Treatment methods:
There are different types of treatments available, but if you come to us for Kambo for the first time, or if you haven't done Kambo for a number of years, we always start with placing a test point. A test point gives us insight into possible sensitivities by placing a small amount of Kambo. After a few minutes we move on to placing the total number of agreed points.
Basic treatment:
In the basic treatment, the dots are traditionally placed on the right lower leg of the woman and the top of the left arm on the man. The dots are placed vertically towards the heart. The total number of dots depends on the reaction to the test point and varies between 3 and 9. Sometimes it happens that a person needs more.
Layered treatment:
Normally we apply the Kambo to the agreed points in one go, but there are situations where it is useful to apply a layered treatment. We slowly build up the total number of dots, with the intention to keep the blood pressure normal. This method is applicable if:
- a person is very sensitive to Kambo and cannot tolerate everything at once,
- a person is very nervous,
- it is not clear how much someone can endure,
- the person is elderly or frail.
- we want to discover what a person's natural purge point is,
- a person is used to many points and wants to reset them to their natural purge point,
- a person worries about how much he can endure,
- a person is disabled, lacks organs or is easily dizzy.
Intensive treatment:
This method consists of a series of daily or every other day treatments over a period of 1-3 weeks. This protocol can be applied in the following situations.
- In serious or acute health problems and the person has chosen Kambo as a natural medicine. Examples include cancer and severe depression.
- Individuals with chronic problems can benefit from this intense method through a treatment schedule for a longer period of time. Examples include chronic fatigue, thyroid disease, moderate depression, arthritis, rheumatism and migraine.
- Short bursts of intense treatment can also be used primarily and additionally for: infertility, immune system recovery after chemo or a virus infection, viral problems, mild depression, severe fungal infections, maximum detoxification of the body, addictions and more.

- HIV
- Diabetes
